Refund and Returns Policy
Return and Refund Conditions:

Replacement or Exchange: Returns or exchanges can be made at FNVMegaMart grocery.

Defective Merchandise: Defective items must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the purchase date, accompanied by the original official receipt and the delivered item.

Non-Food Items: Non-food items should be returned with their original packaging and any included materials (e.g., manuals).

Perishable Goods: Perishable goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any issues should be reported to the merchant right away. Failure to notify the merchant promptly may result in the goods not being replaced or refunded.

Food Items: Food items should be returned with at least 75% of the product intact.
Refund Policy

Refunds from Cancelled Orders: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after the cancellation has been fully completed.

Refunds from Failed Deliveries: Refunds for failed deliveries will be processed once the items have been returned to FNVMegaMart, including any applicable fees for delivery charges and perishable items.

Refunds from Returns: Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed after FNVMegaMart has evaluated the returned items.
