Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is processed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (for domestic orders within India).
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (available at checkout for faster delivery).
International Shipping: Delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note, delivery times may vary based on location and external factors like weather or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs:
Domestic Orders (within India):
Free standard shipping on orders over ₹3,5000.
For orders under ₹3,5000, a flat rate of ₹1990 will be charged for standard shipping.
International Orders:
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Any applicable customs duties and taxes for international shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
FNV MEGA MART ships to most locations within India and select international countries. Please check the checkout page for available shipping countries.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
6. Damaged or Lost Items:
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
In the rare case that your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Address Changes:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot make address changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.
